We woke up early and said our good-byes to Mr. and Mrs.Ikoma. Thank you so much! We had a great time.
We will visit again!
We headed for the Peace Park. That's the Hiroshima Baseball Stadium ahead.
We arrived at the Atomic bomb dome. We were early so there were not many people.
This is the only building that still stands after the bombing. The roof has fallen, walls peeling, and the metal is twisted and bent from the heat... It really shows you the horrific power of the Atomic bomb.
The was, the Peace bell in the park, that sounded beautiful.
There were many Elementary, Jr, and Jr High school students singing songs in memory of the many deaths and giving Tsuru's.
What a horrible history.  I pray it'll never happen again.
The thing that looks like cloths are acsually pipe lines blown and melted away..
So, we begin our live! Everyone was very generous. Thank you very much!
A few of the elementary children gave us candies and wished us good luck. They were so sweet!!
Our time to leave was near so we packed up to leave for Okayama when, we were approached by a free tour guide for foreigners and a famous photographer.  We talked for a bit when...
We saw Che Guevara's eldest daughter! I heard from my mom that she was coming and was hoping to bump into her and we did!! WOW!! We parked are bikes and took a few pictures. She was headed in our direction so I asked if we could take a picture together and...
She said yes!!! Man, we are so lucky!! We were both so excited  to meet her.

We must be the luckiest girls because this kind lady lent us a pair of scissors, as we had some bike trouble. We decided to eat lunch at her restaurant.
Our first Hiroshima Yaki!! It looks delicious!
She was very kind and treated us for lunch and gave us a donation as well. Thank you so much!! If you plan to go to Hiroshima I recommend `Atom` in Okonomi Mura.

We were so full and satisfied and left Hiroshima.
The sunset was beautiful!! We rode 80km to a place called Takehara and spend the night there.
