今日はいつもより早く出発！今日の目標は、初めての１００KM。がんばるぞ！May/5. Day 17. Today we left earlier then usual. Today's goal is to ride our first 100km in a day!

少し雨がパラパラと降っていたが、走りだした。It started to sprinkle a bit, but we continued riding.
有田焼きのお祭りをちょうどやってたみたいで、いっぱい人がいました。とってもオシャレな町。
We passed through a small town that was having a pottery festival. There we many people and it was a cute little town.
雨も風も強くなってきてすごく寒くなってきた！とにかく、お腹が空いてたらパワーが出ないからお昼にしました！食べてたら隣に住んでたおばあちゃんが「お茶飲みます？」と声をかけてくれ、優しかったです！おいしいアメちゃんもいただきました。ありがとうございました。
As wind and rain became stronger, it started to get cold. We both had empty stomaches by now and we could feel our bodies losing the power to ride, so we stoped for lunch. While eating our sandwhiches, and nice old lady that lived in the house next to where we sat asked us if we would like some hot tea. She also gave us some candies. Very kind! Thank you.
また走り出すと、見たことのないお花がいっぱい！！すごくすごく綺麗だったし、香りもいい！！
As we continued riding, we found a beautiful temple full of flowers we had never seen before. They were very pretty and had a lovely fragrance! !
紫色が印象的で、下で歩いてると魔法の国みたい（＾・＾）
ちょっとブドウにも見えるかな？！
They kind of look like grapes doncha think?!
また発見した面白い看板！！おばあちゃんが・・・そしてお父さんが・・今、わたしも・・・って何（？。？）訳わからん・・・でも、下の看板も見たら少し意味がわかるかな？！

やっと暖かい太陽が出てきて、骨まで寒かった体が温まってきた。ラストスパートだ！！！！福岡まであと少し！
Finally the warm sun decided to show its face. We had been cold to the bone so we were thankful to see the sun! Just a bit more to fukuoka!
麦畑が神秘的でした。「風の谷のナウシカ」を思いだしません？？
The wheat fields were beautiful! A calm breeze blew through them and the sunset gave the wheat a tint of gold.
